Congregational Care

Congregational Care at Trinity is provided by the Pastoral Care Coordinator, the Deacons, and others who assist the pastor by bringing the physical, spiritual, and emotional healing of Christ to persons in need.

Below is a list of programs currently in place. We invite any member who desires to help with any of these ministries to contact Dee Lindblom at 651-738-0045 or dee@trinitywoodbury.org.

Mental Health & Wellness Group A ministry to and with people and families affected by mental illness. The mission of this group is to encourage education that raises awareness and compassion, and to support ministry that empowers all members to full participation in our community. An educational program is held the 4th Monday of each month (except May and December) at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. These events are free and open to the public. Trinity is also a core member of a newly formed community group called the Faith Based Health & Wellness Network which is a faith-based network of area churches that seeks to promote mental health and wholeness through education and awareness in places of worship and throughout the community.

Home and hospital visits are provided for members who are homebound, hospitalized, or who are going through a difficult time due to illness or the death of someone close.

A Service of Healing is held during the year for all who are suffering form physical disease, mental or emotional distress, grief, and estrangement from loved ones.
